Submit Questionnaire

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) resolved its sex discrimination lawsuit against Kane’s Furniture on January 13, 2025. The EEOC alleged that Kane’s Furniture discriminated against female applicants for the positions of warehouse associate, delivery driver, and/or delivery assistant/helper between May 1, 2021 to May 13, 2024.

You may be eligible to receive monetary relief if:

  1. you are female;
  2. you applied to Kane’s Furniture for the positions of warehouse associate, delivery driver, and/or delivery assistant/helper between May 1, 2021 through May 13, 2024; and
  3. you were not hired by Kane’s Furniture into any of these positions.

To confirm eligibility, you must complete a questionnaire.

You must complete and submit your responses to the questionnaire no later than August 1, 2025. Anyone who fails to complete and submit their responses to the questionnaire by August 1, 2025 will not be entitled to any monetary relief.
